Last Stand Hats – Our Corporate and Social Responsibilities

  • Last Stand Hats will only do business with like minded companies and organizations who have the highest ethical standards.
  • Last Stand Hats adheres to all rules respecting employees, ensuring their safety and well being.
  • No person associated with Last Stand Hats will be subject to any discrimination in employment, including hiring, compensation, advancement, discipline, or termination on the basis of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, political opinion, social group or ethnic origin.
  • Last Stand Hats does not tolerate the use of forced labor nor will any person under the age of 15 or under the age for completion of compulsory education, whichever is higher be employed.
  • Last Stand Hats is actively involved in the community. Participating in charitable events with donation of products, attending functions, promoting causes on social media.  Also providing opportunities for employees to participate in community endeavors.
  • Last Stand Hats allows employees time needed for personal well-being. A safe and healthy workplace setting is provided to prevent accidents and injury.   
  • Last Stand Hats will not tolerate any form of physical, sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abusive behavior with employees, customers, or suppliers. All individuals associated with Last Stand Hats shall be treated with respect and dignity.
  • Last Stand Hats is focused on helping the environment by using eco-friendly materials for shipping products, as well as, recycling products to help create less waste. Last Stand Hats is focused on developing responsible measures to mitigate negative impacts the workspace has on the environment.
  • Last Stand Hats works diligently with employees on schedules. Employees are allowed time needed for personal time off and no employee will be asked to work over 30 hours a week unless mutually agreed upon by both supervisor and employee.  All overtime work shall be consensual and supervisor will not request overtime on a regular basis and will compensate all overtime work at premium rate.
  • Last Stand Hats compensates all employees sufficient to meet employees basic needs and provides incentives mutually agreed upon at time of hiring.
  • Last Stand Hats has programs in place to educate others on investments & money-management.
